FAQ
What do I get?
Your business shown in the sponsored slot at the top of one county page (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire or Staffordshire) for as long as you subscribe. It is labelled "Sponsored" and links to your free listing and website.
How quickly does it go live?
After payment we check your business is a genuine installer based in the East Midlands, then publish the listing. We aim to have it live within one working day. If we can't accept it, we refund you in full.
How do I cancel?
Any time, with no notice period. Cancel yourself at billing.stripe.com/p/login/6oU9ASdyjbQQ2w0dVb00000 (sign in with the email you paid with), or reply to any email from us. Your listing stays up until the end of the month you have paid for, then the slot is removed.
How is "Sponsored" shown?
The slot carries a visible "Sponsored" label and sits apart from the main installer list, so visitors can always tell paid placement from the directory itself.
Does paying affect my verification or ranking?
No. Paying never changes how we check installers or the order of the free listings. Every installer can have a free listing, and sponsorship only buys the labelled slot.
Can I feature in more than one county?
Yes. Each county is a separate £29/month listing, so buy one per county you want to appear in.
